Use the official per-lot exit plan
The Bucs publish exit routes by lot: Lot 11 routes west on Tampa Bay Blvd, Lot 13 west on Columbus Dr, and the HCC lots cannot exit directly onto Dale Mabry. Several other lots use Himes Avenue or Tom McEwen Boulevard. Your entrance is not always your exit, so look up your lot on the linked plan; police and message boards override it on the day.

For Bucs games, rideshare is at Steinbrenner Field, not the stadium
For Bucs home games, the Bucs direct rideshare drop-off and pickup to George M. Steinbrenner Field across N Dale Mabry Hwy. After the game, use the pedestrian bridge reached through Lot A and follow staff instructions to the pickup area. The team says rides cannot be requested from the stadium or other nearby locations. Accessible drop-off: two designated areas, each reachable from one direction only
West side: the Mass Transit area under the Steinbrenner Bridge off Dale Mabry Hwy between Tampa Bay Blvd and MLK Blvd, reachable traveling north on Dale Mabry only. East side: the southbound Himes Ave turn lane onto Tampa Bay Blvd, between the Lot B/C entrance and Tampa Bay Blvd, reachable traveling south on Himes only. For post-event pickup the stadium says to allow ample time (outbound traffic can run 45 to 60 minutes); it sets the locations per event on its site.
