The short version: stadium-controlled lots want a prepaid pass from the event page, the private lots and yards around the stadium run $30 to $110 on event days, and there is usually one garage a half-hour walk out that does not change its price at all. The price hint below is from our latest check, with a booking link for current numbers.

Parking for Florida International Panthers at South Florida Bulls · Sat, Sep 5 · 7:00 PM: Official stadium lots sell out before big games; the private lots and garages nearby rarely do. Locking in a prepaid spot before you drive beats paying the day-of walk-up rate.

The garage that hasn't event-priced yet: 4020 W Boy Scout Blvd, $25

For the Bruno Mars 9/12 window, seven of the eight lots SpotHero listed within 0.7 mi were event-only at $49 to $110. The garage at 4020 W Boy Scout Blvd stayed at its $25 standard rate, the same as any Tuesday, in both event windows we have probed so far (Bruno Mars and Bucs vs Browns). Budget the real walk, not the map distance: it is 0.9 mi from the stadium as the crow flies, but SpotHero’s own walking route makes it 1.25 mi and about 28 minutes. Spot-check the current price on SpotHero before you drive. Concerts price higher than football here: the Stadium Lot on Tampa Bay Blvd was $110 for Bruno Mars and $70 for the Bucs game.

Stadium lots are CREDIT CARD ONLY on the day. The "bring cash for the lot" advice is dead

The Bucs' parking page states all Raymond James lots are credit card only for day-of parking; no cash is accepted at the stadium lots. Cash still matters for one thing only: the residential yards, which are a separate, informal market.

The official per-lot exit plan: Lots 11 and 13 are the fast-exit picks; HCC lots cannot exit onto Dale Mabry

The Bucs publish a per-lot egress plan. Lot 13 exits to Columbus Dr westbound and Lot 11 to Tampa Bay Blvd westbound, the only two with a dedicated outlet away from the crush; those are the park-here-to-get-out-fast picks. Only Lots A and 3D are stuck with a single option, Dale Mabry northbound, the worst artery; Lot 9 can take Dale Mabry northbound or cut through Lot 8 to Himes Ave southbound, and Lots 5, 6 and 8 each get a Tom McEwen Blvd or Himes Ave exit, with Dale Mabry reachable only through the back of Lot 7. The HCC lots cannot exit onto Dale Mabry at all and get routed to Tampa Bay Blvd toward Lois or Air Cargo Rd. Lots 1/2/3 get a choice of Dale Mabry or MLK eastbound; MLK is the escape valve. The team's own page admits sold-out games "will take some time to clear lots."

Rideshare pickup and drop-off is at Steinbrenner Field, not the stadium

The Bucs' rideshare page and every stadium event page put rideshare pickup and drop-off at George M. Steinbrenner Field, across N Dale Mabry Hwy, and rides "cannot be requested from Raymond James Stadium or other nearby locations." The local workaround, repeatedly confirmed on Reddit: walk several blocks east into the neighborhoods before requesting, far enough that the app stops snapping your pickup back to the baseball stadium.

The residential-yard economy west of Dale Mabry

Homeowners in the neighborhoods around the stadium rent driveways and front yards on game days, usually cash, usually cheaper than the named lots. It is a real and long-running practice, but prices, availability, and how far you end up walking vary block by block and week by week; we have not yet verified specific streets or typical prices well enough to publish them. Treat yard parking as a fallback you negotiate on the spot, not a plan.

Where is accessible parking at Raymond James Stadium?

Accessible parking at Raymond James Stadium is first-come, first-served in Lot A/3D off Dale Mabry and Lot B/C off Himes Avenue, close to the stadium, with a disabled parking permit and matching ID required (stadium ADA page, verified 2026-08-27). It cannot be purchased in advance, so arrive early for big events.

The designated lots: A/3D off Dale Mabry and B/C off Himes; permit plus ID, no advance purchase

From the stadium's ADA page: accessible spaces are first-come, first-served in Lot A/3D off Dale Mabry and Lot B/C off Himes Avenue, close to the stadium. A disabled parking permit is required and staff ask for proper identification, and ADA parking cannot be purchased in advance. Parking questions go to 813-350-6500. Accessible drop-off: two designated areas, each reachable from one direction only

West side: the Mass Transit area under the Steinbrenner Bridge off Dale Mabry Hwy between Tampa Bay Blvd and MLK Blvd, reachable traveling north on Dale Mabry only. East side: the southbound Himes Ave turn lane onto Tampa Bay Blvd, between the Lot B/C entrance and Tampa Bay Blvd, reachable traveling south on Himes only. For post-event pickup the stadium says to allow ample time (outbound traffic can run 45 to 60 minutes), and locations can change by event, so check the stadium site that day.

What is the fastest way out after an event?

Pick your exit when you pick your lot. Lot 13 (out via Columbus Dr) and Lot 11 (out via Tampa Bay Blvd westbound) are the only lots with dedicated outlets away from the Dale Mabry crush, per the Bucs' own egress plan (verified 2026-08-28), and the team's own page admits sold-out games take time to clear.

Quick answers

Does Raymond James Stadium have free parking?

Not on event days. Stadium lots are prepaid or pay-on-entry, and the surrounding private lots all switch to event rates. The cheapest reliable move is the standard-rate garage on Boy Scout Blvd (about $25) or negotiating a residential yard.

What time do the lots open?

About 3.5 hours before a Bucs kickoff and about 3 hours before a concert, per the stadium event pages. Exact times are on each event page.

Where do Uber and Lyft pick up?

George M. Steinbrenner Field, across N Dale Mabry Hwy from the stadium, for both drop-off and pickup.

Can you tailgate?

Yes, in stadium lots from when they open; each event page carries the current rules. Private lots set their own rules; ask before you set up.
